BRUMFIELD ELEMENTARY
SCHOOL
Located just north of the high school,
this facility houses all third through fifth grade classes and is the
newest in the North Gibson School district. It was completed in 1977.
Brumfield has received several awards
and citations for its excellence in education. Brumfield has been
recognized twice by the U.S. Department of Education as a National School
of Excellence/Blue Ribbon School. The school was also nominated by Redbook
magazine as one of the "Best Schools in America." It was has
also been named as an Indiana 4-Star School twice.
